Elementary school structure
The FESB elementary schools fulfill the same obligations as public schools.
Most importantly, “they are not behind regarding learning objectives and premises compared to public schools”, in spite of the fact that our teaching and educational methods, as well as the curricula differ from those of public schools (School Law for the State Berlin as of January 26, 2004, § 98, para. 3.1). As for their organizational structure, subject table, and syllabi, the FESB elementary schools are only slightly different from public schools. Our intention is not to reduce the teaching content but rather to upgrade it, assessing it from the Christian perspective.
The parents receive the elementary school structure in the enrollment procedure.
