Charity run

In 2004 we organized the first charity run to raise money for a soccer field. It was a great success! So keep running ... Here is how it works: Each participant receives a set amount of money from each of their sponsors for every 270-yard-lap they run. The runners have to win their sponsors themselves. Parents, relatives, neighbors or friends support “their” runner.

In this way sponsors have paid for rubber coating for our soccer playground, a wooden climbing house for the playground and a pool table. And it “runs” on …

This year's charity run took place on
Saturday, May 8, 2010. The motto was:

"We like to move it, move it ...!

The raised money will be used for new sports equipment for our schools in Prenzlauer Berg.
