Classes remain small – enrollments are still possible!

March 25, 2008 | We have decided to keep the three-grades-per-level structure starting with grade 1 in our elementary school in Prenzlauer Berg. This allows us to keep the number of students per class down to no more than 24, and yet be able to accept new students.

As of now, we still have places available for new students in grade 1 for the school year 2008/2009. Please enroll your child now!

Grade 5 has also places available since we have decided to keep the existing three 4th grade classes separate in the next school year, instead of merging them into two 5th grades classes, in spite of the fact that some 17 students will transfer to grammar schools. Since we have only five students on our move-up list, 12 further places are available!

Should your child need a place in one of the other grade levels, please contact our secretary office – you can enroll your child for any grade level as a latecomer!

We are planning to introduce the two-grade-per-level structure in our junior high school. The first 7th grade class is already full (no more than 26 students). A second class will only be opened with a sufficient number of registrations. Therefore, registrations for the school year 2008/2009 should be turned in now.
