The Immanuel-Schule has moved

The Immanuel-Schule has new premises in 465 Stadtrandstr. in Berlin-Spandau. The Free Evangelical Schools Berlin membership corporation is renting the former after school center of the elementary school Grundschule im Beerwinkel.

Two years after the Josua-Gemeinde church in 20 Bismarckstr. in Berlin-Spandau kindly took us in and let us use their premises, the rooms we had been using will be partially redone and carpeted.

This move not only gives us our own building but also more rooms than we had before. Hence it is a proper expansion – a much needed one, since the old premises would not have sufficed for 55 children in the new school year.

The move was quickly accomplished on July 19 with the help of many engaged parents and staff, and the old premises on Bismarckstr. were soon cleared. The new rooms will be prepared for the coming school year during the summer break.

We praise our God for giving us the new building, for all our committed employees and parents, but also for the friendly and competent personnel of the Spandau district department who had a significant part in our fast move into the premises for the new school year.
