Snail stories
During the school year 2007/2008, the students of the Frog Class (grade 1./2.) composed “Snail Stories” and drew pictures to go with them.
This is only a small excerpt:
The Snail
The snail’s name is Schnucki. Schnucki goes to the ZOO. There are even monkeys and giraffes and rabbits. Over! (Sidney)
The Smallest Snail
Once upon a time there was a mother, who had three daughters. They were big and fat. Then she had another baby. That was tiny and small – the snail-son. (Ede)
The Snail Schdups
The snail Schdups went for a walk one day. There it met many other animals. (Jannek)
Lilli Finds a Snail
Lilli was in the park and found a snail. She sat the snail down by the water. Then a turtle came. The snail jumped on top of turtle. It took the snail to the other shore. And if it doesn’t get eaten, it will be alive for a long time. (Clara)
